Jill Frey is the president and CEO at Cummins Facility Services (CFS), based in central Ohio. Her company was started in 1972 by her father in Waldo, Ohio, and since then has grown to some 10 locations with nearly 5,000 employees, providing a full range of high-quality facility management services that safely and dependably clean and protect their clients’ operational environments.
