Jill Frey is the owner and President of CFS, a 100% women-owned enterprise. Jill is well-known facility management industry expert. She has grown CFS into a best-in-class facility management firm providing service to Fortune 500 companies across the U.S. As a successful business owner and executive, Jill is actively involved in the following organizations: Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI), Young Executives, Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) as well as ISSA.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Chris is responsible for providing leadership and vision to ensure proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems are in place to effectively grow the organization.
Vice President of Operations
With over 20 years of industry experience, Laura is responsible for overall customer service from client planning, staffing, and workload coordination through customer service and relationship building.
Vice President of Administration
Missy has been with Cummins since 2009 and is responsible for leading finance, accounting, and administrative functions related to internal, supplier, and client operations.
Director of Marketing & Employee Relations
Cathy has been with Cummins since 2012 and is responsible for internal and external communications related to marketing, sales, clients, and employees.
