Missy Haas

VP Admin

Missy Haas is the Vice President of Administration at CFS. Missy has been with the company since March 2009 beginning as a part-time accounts payable clerk, advancing her way to leading the department with her expertise in the area of accounting and finance. Prior to her career at Cummins, she studied math at The Ohio State University, Accounting at Marion Technical College and worked as a bank teller at a local bank.

Missy is ACAT Certified in Accounting. She is also a founding member and administrator of her family run business Hawks Volleyball Club giving local youth the opportunity to advance their athletic careers with fostering a sense of positive self confidence in young women. In her off time, she loves to visit the newest craft brewery or local restaurant, travel to unexplored places, especially the beach, and spend time in her garden. Missy’s favorite thing about working for Cummins is that her co-workers feel like family and she has had many opportunities for growth within a company that provides local service with a national reach.

A little known fact about Missy is that she originally wanted to go to college to study graphic design. She loved art almost as much as she loved math. Her parents convinced her that math was the smarter choice for college and she ended up at Ohio State instead of Columbus College of Art and Design. Missy never misses a decimal point or a painting class.

Cathy Waddell

Director of Marketing & Employee Relations

Cathy Waddell is the Director of Marketing & Employee Relations for CFS. She has been in a variety of roles since she began her career with Cummins in November 2012. She has quickly ascended the ranks into senior management where she created and implemented Cummins University career training and career advancement programs, launched the marketing department and helped to enhance the CFS brand. She was key in helping CFS attain CIMS certification. After attending Marion Technical College, she had her proudest role as a stay at home mom, followed by running her own in-home daycare for 5 years before starting with CFS.

Cathy also founded Psalm 139 Ministries, where she is a member of the Marion First Church of the Nazarene. Psalm 139 Ministries is an organization that provides prom & homecoming dresses/attire to girls in the Marion and surrounding area that may not have the resources to get a dress on their own. Cathy is also involved in the Women’s Business Council, chaired and co-chaired the Night to Shine event in Marion, is part of the Pleasant Athletic Boosters for Pleasant High School, and is active in the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). She enjoys volunteering, kayaking, gardening, and anything that takes her outdoors. Her favorite thing about working for Cummins is the ability to impact employees by helping them grow personally and professionally, and being involved with continued company growth.

A little known fact about Cathy is that she dabbled in investment real estate and secretly wants her own show on HGTV about flipping houses. Cathy is extremely energetic and is known as the office cheerleader and morale booster.
